By purchasing a licence and using consign4us ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by Foundation to Wellness, Perth, Western Australia.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your business. Your licence key must not be shared with third parties.
As the platform operator, Foundation to Wellness retains administrative access to all retailer data for technical support, maintenance, security monitoring and legal compliance. We will not access your data except for these purposes, upon your request, or as required by law. Retailer data is never shared with other retailers. All administrative access is recorded in an audit log.
All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure in Google's Australia Southeast (Sydney) data centre. We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your suppliers before entering their personal and banking information into the Platform.
Licences are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, use it for unlawful purposes, or resell access without written permission.
The Platform remains the intellectual property of Foundation to Wellness. Your business data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
